Mr. Veg (Pty) Ltd was incorporated in 1987 and was taken over by the present management in Feb 1992. During the past 29 years Mr.Veg has carved a niche for itself in Botswana's fresh produce industry through to its continued commitment towards quality and service.
We supply fresh produce to star hotels, fine dining restaurants, franchise restaurants, chain stores, catering and safari companies including camps and lodges in the Okavango Delta and Chobe region.
We support local businesses, promote “Reke Botswana” and are actively involved in government as well as private initiatives to boost horticultural production in the country.

We support a number of local SMME’s by providing them with credit facilities. Some of these local businesses operate their own fresh produce/general dealer outlets and supply in turn to the government & parastatals.
Reka Botswana
As part of our Buy Botswana policy, we support a large number of local producers who are engaged in horticultural activity throughout the country. We mentor and hand hold small producers who do not have the capacity to market their fresh produce by providing transportation, packaging and distribution facilities.

Our goal is to safeguard the health of all the employees by providing free access to necessary medical information and assistance on HIV/Aids prevention and treatment and provide a caring, considerate and confidential working environment for all employees affected by the HIV and Aids pandemic.
